I think this car appears in another film shot in South Africa. .gif ":)") I looked at the Cape Town Film Studios website http://www.capetownfilmstudios.co.za/ to see if there were any interesting new projects (i.e. car action and/or fake foreign locations), and it led me to a crappy-sounding straight to video film called House Party: Tonight's the Night http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2631862/combined Lo and behold, the trailer features a left hand drive Lancia Beta.
