Intercontinental Ballistic Missile. Also known as a big waste of money and good for nothing.

I thought that such very background vehicles in a documentary are not worth listing/not allowed.

Yeah. What difference does it make what kind of truck it is, especially when you can hardly tell what kind of truck it is and it is probably not a rare or unusual truck?

Well, they would deliberately have chosen this footage of an ICBM being transported so it's more relevant than something like this: /vehicle_116791-Toyota-Van-1984.html But I could still move it to the comments if enough people think I should.

IMO, I'd say it should stay if it is identifiable (especially as it has some kind of role). And we've got a name from rtsbusman so we can go with that.

I do not think it matters if it can be identifiable or not. I think it is rather about the picture quality, amount of discernability and importance. It is still a dark and blurry picture of a very background 1-star vehicle in a documentary entry.
