I tried to count the windows just to be sure of one thing, but finally I got nystagmus. Anyway - yes - it was Karosa at its roots, but here by the location, it will be Renualt/Irisbus Recreo or Irisbus Axer. The windows config is more like in Axer, but I've never seen any with not glued windows (also front doors are more like in Recreo)...
