In case of Italian made trucks of this type, the "Iveco group" badge next to the right headlamp and all black grille had 1977+ Fiat of the Z-Range and ca 1981+ OM "Z" (which previously, in the years 1977~81, had grille with grey bar).
The cabine perhaps has low roof, but it remained low in long cabs of the early "Z" trucks and this looks like long cab version.
