I rather think it's by a Finnish coach builder earlier called Autokori and later Oy Delta Plan AB, labelled dP. They usually built on chassis by Volvo and Scania. I find it very likely to be a 1981-84 bk D 8 Star as on this page http://bussidata.kuvat.fi/#/kuvat/0+Korit/Autokori-Delta/ (if not directed to a page with lots of buses, klick on "Korimalliuvasto" and later on "Autokori-Delta").
