I hate the cynicism which leads to cars like the A7 (this is not just an anti-Audi rant - they all do it - BMW, Merc, Range Rover, Porsche etc) - expensive niche models purely designed to extract big wads of cash from gullible people without any design integrity. Even more depressing is that they often sell well. The Astra may be mediocre, but at least it's honest.
