However it is a French design for various markets round the world - but excluding any sales or production in Europe - so I think it should have French origin, and the Argentine example at /vehicle_448117-Peugeot-408-2010.html is correct as origin F.

dsl ◊ 2012-11-24 15:14	Yes - Russia started September 2012 - http://www.en.rian.ru/business/20120704/174394406.html - from a joint venture factory between Peugeot-Citroen and Mitsubishi. Also noted a very slight facelift of Chinese model from October 2012 - http://www.cbt.com.my/2012/07/31/peugeot-408-facelift-spied-in-china/ .
