It certainly looks like an ACCO to me as well. As ACCO is an abbreviation for Australian Constructed Cab Over it must be noted as "made in Australia". T-line, not ACCO. T-line is a prime mover (tractor) that shares the same cabin as the ACCO, but it's larger and has a different front bumper. 1987+ due to "International" badging located within the grille instead of above it.
