No, impossible to be a Ford 'Cargo', most likely a wrong listing.

We've had comments before that DVLA often use Cargo 1615 as a dustbin name for Ford commercial vehicles, whatever they actually were, so it is suspect without other evidence. My non-expert guess would be D-Series here (I think A-Series as comment above was the big-nosed Transit derivative).

Who listed this as a D-Series? It wasn't a sure thing, was it? The beltline and window are much more like that of the A-Series.

Seems generally too small for a D-Series and the rear light don't match. I concur with A-Series.
