Trollface ◊ 2015-08-21 19:15	This is a little weird it has Estonian plate, because the first issue is released December 1991, and "ETV" is special plate for Estonian TV channel ETV which was issued in 1993. This truck is a firstly registered in 1988, but registered in Estonia July 1993.
