The Team-BHP member who posted the captures said "I reckon this location is somewhere in Goa?" If this is Goa and the car had been there from new, it would date back to when Goa was still a Portuguese colony. If this is not in Goa, the car could be a private import or a former diplomatic car, etc. I remember we've had this kind of issue before: /vehicle_759192-Vauxhall-Viva-HC-1971.html
