Rounded-Line 1975 Chevrolet C-30 Crew Cab Fleetside Big Dooley (E63) Big Dooley dual rear wheel pickups were not available with the Eaton Automatic Differential Lock. Instead they could be ordered with the Maximum Traction differential under the G87 RPO code. Maximum Traction was a GM marketing/trade name, the differential was really a Powr-Lok limited-slip differential supplied by the Dana Spicer corporation. "Powr-Lok" was a stylized name and meant "Power-Lock". Despite Lok or Lock in its name, the differential did not lock up 100 percent. It did however provided more torque transfer than the Positraction differential which was offered up to the 1973 model year. Powr-Lok units required a special gear oil with friction modifier additives.
