It makes more sense that this car received a pair of overriders (or another bumper that had them already fitted) than to have lost its reverse lights... A closer look at what is written on the right of the bootlid suggests that its lenght is more Giulia 1300 than Giulia 1300 TI.

All 1300 TI Giulias had reverse lighs, but the 1300 didn't have them.
