tattoo01 ◊ 2010-09-14 21:46	Let me disagree with you. This isn't a 1978 model, but 1983. Try to look at this page: http://www.die-besten.de/wartburg/prospekt/353/353.htm . When you look at brochure of models 1980 (http://www.die-besten.de/wartburg/prospekt/353/353W-1980b/wb353w80-1.htm) and 1981 (http://www.die-besten.de/wartburg/prospekt/353/353W-1981b/wb353w-1.htm), you'll see, that handles were still silver. Black we can see from 1982 (http://w353.cz/testy/w1982/w1982.html - it's written in Czech, but it's first what I have found about this topic). I suppose Wartburg on picture is from 1983 (like here - /vehicle_203934-Wartburg-353W-1983.html), because of little overriders on bumpers, new wheels without bumps, but still there are silver bumpers. From 1984 (maybe from end of 1983) Wartburgs are looking similarly like in 1983, but bumpers and front grill are painted in black. -- Last edit: 2010-09-14 21:55:07
