 This type of ambulance for up to four stretchers was built by Christian Miesen of Bonn (who probably had major influence in the development) and Karosseriefabrik Voll of Würzburg-Heidingsfeld, who were a long-time Opel partner on different fields of specialty vehicles for many decades - largely forgotten, often uncredited. As we're in Munich, it's safe to assume this unit came from Voll.
