No - it's a 1963+ Simca 1000 coupe.

intuitive recognized Bertone design, by rear styling
must have been quite rare here!

They're not too far apart in some ways - Fiat owned 20% of Simca till early 60s, Fiat 850 and Simca 1000 are very similar design packages, Bertone did the coupes for each.

They were indeed. And the few ones were eaten by the rust very quickly. Or were smashed by overchallenged drivers. As a fellow as told me, who owns one, they have a more insidious driveability than the NSU's (of which the guy has some more, too).

Only 10,011 made 63-67 before replaqced by 1200S coupe (67-71, 14,471 made). Bodies assembled in I by Bertone, then shipped to France for oily bits and completion - does this qualify for Model Origin F, Made in I?? If so, would apply for 1200S as well.

same color as in Jean-Luc Godard´s "Week end"

Of course. Why should we treat it different than the Opel Astra Cabriolets here? They are listed as origin D, made in I.

"Alfarot II" code [NSU213], I would say. The other red tones are too dark an "iberischrot" and "marsrot" were much newer VW-colours, not used before the merging ("hostile takeover with following plundering and dumping" would a more appropriate term :/ ) in 1969.
