1939 Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Turismo? Seems to be gas-powered. |

Or 6C 2300B, if this photo is to be believed : Link to "en.wikipedia.org" But the caption doesn't match the Wikipedia article. Here's a 6C 2500 from 1945 : http://www.prewarcar.com/classifieds/ad58167.html The bumpers look massive, maybe non-standard, but the third photo in the link shows a row of cars with thinner bumpers. At this point, 6C 2500 Turismo is the most credible answer. A wartime conversion. Or a re-creation of such a conversion for filming purposes. |

Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Turismo or Alfa Romeo 6C 2300 B Lungo |

a 1938-39 6C 2300 B /Berlina Lungo/ There's nothing massive about the bumper I'm not sure what Exiv96 is saying here. A third window at the back just about visible if you brighten/adjust contrast of main pic makes this a long chassis "B". So same as these: /vehicle.php?id=1407134 http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle.php?id=387368 Note: the strange paint scheme was used during WW2 so pedestrians would make out moving cars during total blackouts (when air raids were expected). |
