Livery by Flygbussarna Airport Coaches AB. Edit: I might have found the actual bus, registered LPE 223, although it turned out to be a 1983 model... I'd say this is an articulated Volvo B10MA-55 with a 1984+ Säffle body. The disign like here http://www.bussgaraget.se/korthistorik/H022-2.html .

Edit: I might have found the actual bus, registered LPE 223, although it turned out to be a 1983 model...
