Jaguar Mk10 (1961-67) or 420G (1967-70) Although the wire-mesh makes it difficult there looks to be no indicator side-repeater lights on the side and the wheel trims look OK for the Mk10 I believe, unless there are other features to be identified. -- Last edit: 2006-09-03 19:05:08 |

As far as I know the only alternative with the same rear styling, would be the S-type or its successor the 420. But the proportions of the upper glass area look too small to me for it to be the S-type also the S-type had round (true radius) wheel arches at the front, these are shaped (squared-off). I am sure it is the Jaguar 420G. Mk.X and 420 have no chromed side trim. Additionally the front door is much longer than on the 420 and it has the smaller B-pillar. |
