..We already have the Zephyr ..as already said in my comments ..looking for the wolseley/riley.! (or.. MG as you suggested)

Yes 'MG' because the hexagonal badge is visible and it would be script-lettering for Riley or Wolesley.

So MG 1100 Mk II (by the date - although I suppose a MkI is just possible) until somebody can clarify it further.

I Have to agree, Its a Mk1 MG 1100. You can tell by the tail lights, They did not make 1300's untill Mk2 with "flattened" tail lights.
