Plate check says Datsun Cherry, but grill seems wrong (+ it has a Nissan badge). |

A-reg was the time of the crossover from Datsun to Nissan in the UK, they were badged as both (as in Nissan AND Datsun badges on the same car) for a couple of years to ease people into the new name, they were still (mostly) registered as Datsuns at this point though so techincally Datsun Cherry (N12) is correct for this one. (as proved by putting it into the DVLA - registered as a Datsun New Cherry DX, lasted 'til 1996) |
