 Pretty sure this an authentic Denali by the fully painted truck coupled with those side skirts. Anyone else think so?

 I dunno. What's the exterior difference between SLE and SLT? I never quite understood. They both have the same wheels and body-colored door handles.

 There isn't one for the SLT/SLE. Both had the same options with wheels & painted/unpainted mirrors. The major differences were interior.

To me by the wheels, fully body colored truck, & side cladding this is a Denali. Only detail missing is the door badge.
