In this time of the early 80s, in case of the pre-facelifted body, Zastava in UK had only 3 models it seems - 1300 ZLX Special (5 door), 1100 ZLC Caribbean (5 door) and 1100 ZLM Mediteran (3 door). No mention of any Mediterranean, and no info on difference between ZLM and Caribbean.
