Made in Mexico. The 181 shown over here, are the later, Mexican made one, with the ugly "elephant foot"-backlamps of the 1303. |

The bad guy disabled the brakes on the yellow Thing. Michael Knight was driving the VW on a narrow mountain road and he called for KITT's help. KITT raced up the mountain and turbo-boosted over the Thing and then KITT braked and and stopped the Thing from going over a cliff. There was an awesome shot from inside the VW looking up as KITT flew over the Thing. I think the bad guy messed with the brake master cylinder and Michael even held the master cylinder in his hand. |
