The Deauville don't got easy life in Italy(was a bit penalized for be too much resembling the early contemporary Jaguar XJ in body style and for have a thirsty engine for Italian standards,in period that were prewiewing oil crisis),so was destined overall at export, like USA,UK,France,Germany,Switzerland...The car was killed at Eighties'eve |

It reminds me of the Kyalami/Biturbo stlye Maserati.... |

CrazyCars, the Deauville shared its chassis with the Quattroporte III and DeTomaso owned Maserati for a while, during the Biturbo era, so the similarities are understandable! |
