Hi antp.  Sorry for the further confusion on these two body styles. The 1971 Chevrolet Impala Custom has its unique rear decklid and the C-piller from 1971 Chevrolet Impala Sport Coupe. The C-piller style has changed for the both model, in this case, with this subject vehicle contains separate fixed rear windows sold for the Custom series. But, by the 1975 model year, the Sport Coupe was dropped and the Custom Coupe remain to the 1976 model year. Does this help? -- Last edit: 2012-03-29 20:41:16 |

We could include Custom & Sport Coupe in the model name, keeping the short Impala for sedans or unknown ones. |

There is "Impala Custom" script starting 1968 model year and did continues to 1976 model year. I am now thinking that the Impala Custom can be used as part of the model name field. The description field can be used for the body style. Maybe I should update all the Chevrolet Impala Custom for all pertaining vehicles listed here |
