from the wheel configuration very likely this is an M60 tank http://www.army-technology.com/projects/m60/m604.html -- Last edit: 2012-03-11 13:10:09 |

I believe this is an M47 Patton. They have been used extensively in movies. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:M47dwg.jpg -- Last edit: 2012-03-11 23:20:00 |

check real pic of M47 patton, http://www.militarymuseum.org/Resources/M47.JPG notice the DISTANCE between the wheel on the RIGHT side and the one nearest to it on the buttom !! they are almost together ! on this pic here they are further apart just like on the M60 !!! (the gap is clearly much bigger) this is the main way on how easly differentiate between the M47 and the M60 -- Last edit: 2012-03-12 07:14:10 |

It is an M48, turret shape position of rangefinder and 90mm gun. Also has a commanders cupola which was not fitted to M47. http://afvdb.50megs.com/usa/pics/m48patton.html -- Last edit: 2012-03-16 12:32:20 |

It IS M48A2 - this variant had 3 return rollers. M48s were made by Chrysler, Fisher Tank Arsenal, Ford Motor Company. -- Last edit: 2012-03-20 21:31:53 |

I have to concur, definitely looks like an M48A2. http://cs.finescale.com/FSMCS/forums/t/131168.aspx?PageIndex=4 |
