When Sweden started to use P as the first letter in March 1992 on Swedish sold cars (before that only on private imports, and than PA, PB (moving goods) PC and PD. From March PE and higher. The numbers also shows when the car was registered. Low second number was used 1992 0, 1 and 2. A little bit only a high first number was used, 5,6,7,8 and 9. In 1993 these combination were out of stock. Then a low first number was used. 0,1,2,3 and 4. This means that this is a 1993 car.
