1971+ D-60.

Single headlights, so at least 1967+ models. 1971+ if tandem rear axle (pt), which is not obvious here. With a black grille, it could also be a (brand new) 1979 model and its plastic grille.
All of this make it a C-60, D-60 or D-70.
