The difference between a Silver Spur and the Flying Spur is the engine: The Flying Spur does have a turbocharger.

The distinguishing exterior features of a Rolls-Royce Flying Spur seem to be Bentley Turbo R style alloys (with a RR badge in the centre) and a smaller rear window. Although for some reason not all of the ones Google Images brings up seem to have this (there seems to be a special edition of which 50 were were made, 134 Flying Spurs were made in total).

Note: I saw the scene this is in, this has no third brake light, has normal size rear window, chrome trim, badge on left side of boot lid and is lwb.
