Germany on used Skoda chassis - both complete Jelcz buses and "naked" bodies were exported to East Germany, wrote a bit more about it here: /vehicle.php?id=1484141 On shutterstock pics (yes I saw it has Karosa badge there), the bus is coupled with Jelcz PO-1 E trailer.

This matches Polish made Jelcz body - either it is Jelcz 043 E or Jelcz 043 body placed in E. Germany on used Skoda chassis - both complete Jelcz buses and "naked" bodies were exported to East Germany, wrote a bit more about it here: /vehicle.php?id=1484141
