ingo ◊ 2011-11-16 10:30	There were a plenty of articles about the Pinto in Europan magazines, when it was released in 1970, so about "The first non oversized US-made car" and so (I even have one car-magazine from the DDR with a brief report about the Pinto). But in reality the selling amount of it was small. Probably Belgium and Switzerland had been the biggest marekts over here. In West Germany the Pinto was one of the few US-cars, which had official price-listings (for example in the "autokatalog"), maybe even sales brochures have existed. I cannot remember, that I've ever seen one running here.
