Not a Peugeot. This is a 1973 Vauxhall Ventora (FE). |

I thought it was a Peugeot symbol on the front -- Last edit: 2011-11-13 11:37:39 |

Behind it a Vauxhall Cavalier MkII, I think. |

I believe it to be a rare Vauxhall Royale coupe - single door handle in a long door. The front has a Senator like bonnet with a plain grille (not an Opel Monza?) and fast back rear window. |

Not just the two-door version? http://static.rp-online.de/layout/showbilder/1981-87_opel_asconaC-luxus.JPG |

Two door (other than convertible) was only sold for a year in the UK and very few were sold. The number plate on the bumper in the higher position says Senator/Monza/Royale to me. edit the higher number plate on the divided bumper with rubber over-riders was specific to the Vauxhall Royale ![]() The headlamp wipers parked in the vertical position is also seen I think. -- Last edit: 2011-11-13 20:21:26 |
