nzcarnerd ◊ 2011-11-08 03:34	New Zealand's mix of Ford/Mazda was quite different from Australia and we did not get the Ford Meteor which was the Aussie name for the sedan - I think. We had Mazda 323s and Ford Lasers - both sedan and hatch - in the smaller class. I think this is a Telstar/Mazda 626. Not sure which this is. I will have to research the side stripes. The LP plate dates it to 1983. They were all built in the local Ford assembly plant.
