Whatever it is dates from 1934, '35 or '36 and Packards of that era did not have that style of fender lights. |

I have looked at this one several times and I am still not sure just what it is. I suspect the side lights might be because it is a British specification car. |

Also missing is the crease in the hood which lines up with the chape of the radiator - as seen in the link. |

It is a 1936 Buick Special Convertible. '36 by the hood ornament, it looks like a Stylized Bird from a '36. '37 and up had lost the chrome grille as the bonnet grew. '35 Buick Series Forty Convertible Coupe had a different style ornament. And, yes, also a different body style and front fenders, but from the few frames they are hard to tell apart. |
