I wonder why the II badges are there, as Feroza II refers to the second generation whereas this is a first generation model. |

No, the "II" does not refer to the 2nd generation, it refers to the wider bodied version with the wide wheel arches. The "regular" Feroza continued until 1997 as well. So the "II" should be part of the model name. |

I just went by what Wikipedia said. Upon closer inspection, they also state that the F310 code refers to the wide-arched one all the while being the chassis code of the 2nd generation... |
