But the side (fender) script positon and grille's shape indicates clearly the Datsun V520 - heay duty 411 wagon's sister, I suppose converted to ambulance. Looks like we have been discovered unknown part of 410/411 development story because Earlydatsun page claims heavy duty V520 wagons were available only in 3-door form.
