Tempting proposal, but the movie was relased in october 64, and the RC 148 was ready only for the season 65. If you do think it's a 125, and that was shot at Assen for the Dutch TT 1964, then it should be a 2RC 146, with only four cylinders. |

(Et ce ne peut pas être Taveri car il s'était blessé aux essais du Dutch TT sur son… Kreidler 50 ! Putain, il courrait pour deux marques selon les catégories, alors que Honda était aussi engagé en 50 ! Quelle belle époque.) (Note, ce pourrait tout de même être Taveri avant son accident.) (Oh, brotherjack, est-ce que tu savais que Luigi Taveri est le seul pilote à avoir marqué au moins un point dans toutes les catégories du championnat du monde de moto de vitesse, toutes y compris side-car ?) (Argh, zut, je viens de piger que les images prises à Assen l'ont été lors du Dutch TT 1963 et non pas 1964. Number one on a Honda in 1963. So it is likely to be a 125, a 250 or a 350. Since the number is white on something not to dark, I'd say it's white on green, i.e. 250cc. Hence, this could/should/would, please, be Jim Redman's 4-cylinder Honda RC 164. |
