All Cedric Customs were powered by the 1883cc H engine; however the 1900 bedge by default does not feature on the Custom. Early Cedrics were originally powered by the 1488cc G engine, but the H engine was available beginning in October 1960. By the time the Custom was introduced, the H engine was standard, and only the Cedric Standard and Cedric Van used the D engine.
