blue_thunder ◊ 2011-08-19 22:36	rjluna, seems to be right, cause Country Squires had simulated woodgrain. So it might be the entry level LTD Station Wagon or the mid level Country Sedan.
somename ◊ 2011-08-19 22:45	Horizontal bars across the grill make it a 74. It's the Ranch Wagon given the ultra base hubcaps, but after 13 years it's possible those were replaced.

somename ◊ 2011-08-19 23:16	The base LTD wagon was basically the Country Squire without the wood grain; you could consider it a delete option as Ford didn't even bother to keep separate production numbers. Total production including the Country Squire: 64,047. The Country Sedan was the mid line model and used the Galaxie 500 grill and came equipped with Galaxie level amenities, such as full wheel covers and wood grain appliqué in the interior. I'm not sure if the luggage rack was standard or not. Total production: 22,400. The Ranch Wagon was based on the supper stripped Custom 500 line with hub caps and no side molding unless you paid extra. It shared its grill with the Galaxie which makes identifying between the two very difficult when someone pilled the options on. Total production: 12,104.
