Yes; thank you very much. As it does not have the Mark V script under the louvers, it is a 77 or 79, given the date of release, I think it's safe to call it a 77. By the way there's another 72 Continental in the thumbnail you were so kind to supply; they must have cleaned out the used car lot of a Lincoln dealer, I've never seen so many early 70s Lincolns in a movie. |

No Mark V ever carried such a badge under the fender louvers. Trim, color, and interior options are the only way to tell the three years apart. There were no external badge variations of any kind. Ironically enough, the torn-off trim (see below) indicates that the beige car was gray to begin with, and painted beige for the movie.
