If so, the entire vehicle would have been built by Cunningham & Son (who were a major supplier of hearses and ambulances in these days). It´s hard to identify because there were plenty of manufacturers of these vehicles in the USA before the wallstreet crash forced most of them to close their doors. It could also be made by Kunkel, Eureka, Mc Cabe-Powers, ..., ..., (too much to list), but I think listing this as a Cunningham will be OK.
