In Australia, 4-door dual cabs were initially imported exclusively from Spain (introduced in December 2005). In 2008, Thai-built single cab and king cab variants were introduced, and the entry-level 4-door "RX" model switched production from Spain to Thailand. Basically, after 2007, you can distinguish the Spanish and Thai-built models simply by looking at the mirrors.
