Looks like a Citroën, indeed. I cannot find any of these with the new shaped front fender as used on the 7UA and 11UA (I don't think there was a 10UA), but the window in the door is located higher than on (conversed) passenger cars. Maybe a 7UB (or 11UB, but the wheel base looks very short) with UA (or NH) front fenders?

Citroën Rosalie U something, for sure. According to the pictures in my book Les Camions Citroën, these fenders are 1934+ models. NH (Nouvel Habillage) model.

Seems to be a "Plateforme à ridelles bâchée" (tarpaulin-covered flatbed truck with sideboards???) as described in the book. Only available as Rosalie 1200 kg with the 11 hp engine, so also known as 1935 Citroën 11 U12:

(Picture found on this blog, in the 1935 section)

But the 4 steel arches cannot be seen, on the movie picture.

The "Plateforme à ridelles rabattables" (flatbed truck with fold-away sides???) wich was available at the same time had lower sides:

If 1937+, it could have been a diesel Rosalie 850 DI. But they were so proud of this new engine they put a hudge badge or painted it on the hood :D.
There seems not being such a painting or badge, on the picture of the movie.

So how do we list it? (taking in account the names of vehicles already listed, in case multiple names are possible)

I don't think the "Rosalie 1200 kg" name would be accurate, as it was especially for the passengers cars.
If sixcyl or any other old french trucks expert agrees with the 11 U12 id, it could be 1935 Citroën 11 U12 Plateau, as "plateau" is the most used term (8 "plateau" vs 1 "Plateforme à ridelles") for Citroën trucks in the IMCDb.

In any case, "Rosalie" can only be a nickname, written the same way that we do for Traction.
