VIS 2346 came only in 1996 and couldn't get Soviet plate, cause they existed in 1994. But, there is another Niva-based pickup, which produced since 1993 (1993-94 cars could get Soviet plate). It's 1993-95' VAZ FVK-2302 'Bizon', made by Фирма Восточное Кольцо (ФВК = FVK) in little parties. After this car came VIS 2346...
