It looks to me like an Australian-made (Holden) body on a 1938ish Vauxhall chassis, possibly a 14/6 [DX]. This is Vauxhall 25, model 'GY'. It does look as though it has a split screen as the Holden version had but there are none of these in the UK on the club register.
