somename ◊ 2018-12-11 19:18	DRLs is just a piece of software code that is activated when the cars are delivered to particular dealers. Their presence or lack thereof does not mean there was any distinctive manufacturing changes to the vehicle in that specific country.

On my Honda you can (if you live in canada as USA did not receive DRLs on 1990-1993 accords) unplug the DRLs. It is a separate harness and you can just unplug it or take the fuse out.
