Can be a faked police car. Had the Bavarian police Ascona C? And it's very unlikely, that they had such old clunkers still in use as patrol cars. |

AFAIK the bavarian police hadn´t C Ascona´s. We had/have BMW´s. |

Sorry for smartypants: That car isn't a fake. The franconian part of Bavaria used several Opel's in Nuremberg and environment. Opel Ascona C-Types like in the picture (I have other pictures in printed police books - it seem like original paintings) and also Opel Astra (K9-units "Hundeführer") and Opel Vectra (Type A-C). |
