I just saw this episode last night on TV, this is either a 1982 Chrysler New Yorker or a 1983 Chrysler New Yorker Fifth Avenue, the steering wheel is a dead giveaway as far as what year it is that's very though to tell for sure: in 1982 you could get a Fifth Avenue Edition option package which (among many other things) you got limo lights on the silver vinyl top trim in front of the rear windows, as well as "Fifth Avenue Edition" emblems on the vinyl top which can't been seen in these pictures (if it was a standard New Yorker it would have New Yorker emblems instead) the Fifth Ave option also came with standard leather seats though you could delete the leather with the velour upholstery which this car has. In 1983 the car was called New Yorker Fifth Avenue so the "Fifth Avenue Edition" emblems were kept in the vinyl top (and stayed there until 1988) so about the only way to if this was an '82 for sure is if this was an '82 is if there were New Yorker emblems on the vinyl top and no limo lights on the silver trim, which this car has, and the only way to tell '83 of sure is if there were Fifth Avenue Edition emblems on the vinyl top and no limo lights which once again this car has, so its next to imposable to know of sure. I used to have an '82 New Yorker with the Fifth Avenue Edition option in this same color only it had the leather seats and no sunroof, that sunroof on this car makes it pretty rare even when it was new. When I first saw this on TV for a second I swore this was my old car (until I saw the sunroof and velour seats) another way to tell is the hood ornament, starting in 1984 they had a crystal pentastar, before that they had a regular pentastar like this one
