Since we have GAZ as the manufacturer for Volgas, this should probably be listed as GAZ 22 Volga:

On the other Volga page: /vehicle_23356-Volga-M-22-1962.html
it was said that in UK they were called Volga, and not GAZ. These russian makes/models are always a problem :D

Factory's name for the car was Gaz-22N (export version of right hand drive cars, years 1965-1970).

This car is exactly the same as the one used in Thunderball in 1965: /vehicle_19080-GAZ-22-Volga-1965.html. The C-registration also marks it out as a 1965 car and not a 1962. The registration numbers are identical, thanks to this very clear picture. What the Volga was doing as a background vehicle in Thunderball is beyond me!

I've heard somwhere that for British and probably Belgian markets Volgas were rebadged, and sold under different name :??: , someone can confirm this.

Belgian built Volgas were called Volga... But belgian built Moskwitch were sold as Scaldia (latin name for Schelde, the river that crosses Antwerp, where the assembly factory was).

[22 N] should be added as chassis code.
